A notebook, not a business.
I bake two or three loaves a week, mostly for the household, occasionally for neighbours who have learned to knock on Sunday mornings. These pages are the notes I wish I had when I started: short, specific, and honest about what went wrong.
A friend misread "baked hard" on a scribbled label and decided it was a person. The name stuck, and by then the domain was already paid for.
If something here is wrong — and some of it will be — write in. I would rather fix a note than defend it.
